GreenForest Management Inc is committed to the Sustainable Forestry Initiative (SFI) principles of sustainable forest management and the continual improvement of our environmental performance.

GreenForest Management Inc will strive to fulfill our commitments by:

• Providing a safe working environment for employees through the implementation of a Health & Safety program, and adhering to the principles of social law

• Meeting or exceeding all relevant legislations, regulations, policies, and any other requirements to which the Company may subscribe

• Respecting First Nations rights and pursuing relationships that are mutally beneficial while considering social and economic opportunities for the First Nations

• Broadening the practice of sustainable forestry on public lands by facilitating First Nations and community involvement throughout the forest management planning process

• Promoting and enhancing, wherever possible through sustainable forest management practices, the socio-economic well-being of the communities and regions in which we operate

• Managing forestry operations in an environmentally sensitive manner, ensureing the continual improvement of our environmental performance while protecting water resources

• Ensuring that forest mangement activities are conducted in a manner that ensures the long-term sustainablility of, and biolgical diversity within, the  forest resource while managing areas of special significance in a manner that takes into account their unique qualities

• Preventing pollution and promoting environmental and sustainable forestry awareness through training and education of Best Management Practices (BMP) and SFI principles

• Ensuring that forest management activities are conducted in a manner that provides for regeneration after harvest and strives to protect, maintain, and where possible enhance long-term forest productivity and health

• Managing the visual impacts of forest operations and providing recreational opportunities for the public, wherever possible

• Supporting advances in sustainable forest management through forestry research, science and technology

• Promoting responsible fibre sourcing practices and the avoidance of controversial sources

• Broadening the understanding of forest certification and ensuring transparency by documenting certification audits and making the findings available to the public

• Achieving the highest level of quality in every area of our business, whereby each employee is responsible for delivering on these commitments
